The problem of Racism and Bigotry in America can be seen through the opportunity the Bigots and Racists have to enter the Government Functions allowing them to use Law Enforcement and the Judicial System to possess enormous amounts of Power, which could be used later against the Non-whites citizens (Not All whites but most of them especially those who could not keep the privileges Slavery and Discrimination gave their families years ago) to deprive them of their freedom, search them and their dwellings, seize their property and use force against them. These abuse of power are legally permitted under specific circumstances and Bigots and Racists law enforcement officers know the very well and they don’t hesitate to apply them when necessary to feed their Ego. We need to build a New America taking advanced of the Diversity and Melting pot Aspect which are what made America to be a Great Nation. We must develop strategies that make it Impossible for the Racists and Bigots to access Hight Position to enslave those racially different from them. As law enforcement officers rank among the most powerful occupations in Society, the ability to use the power must be controlled by Higher Authority.
We’ve Seen IT All And Everyone Is Pointing Fingers To The Men In Uniform Saying « Police Departments Disproportionately Target Minorities As Criminal Suspects », « Police Use Of Excessive Force On Minorities », « The Police Should Police Their Own » Etc…Everyone Is Blaming Each Other, Throwing That Bad Reputation Back And Forth …We Must Know This, America Is A True Melting Pot And That’s The Way It Should Be. This Metaphor Of Heterogeneous Society Becoming More Homogeneous Will Only Be Fully Realized, When The Community And The police Can Truly Work Together For Their Common Interest: The Safety Of Everyone In A Beautiful U.S.A.
